For starters the staff is friendly and the selection is great! More importantly I had found an ornament for my mom for Xmas but one of the legs was bent some. I asked if they had anymore, and after checking they did not. My mom decorates her tree a certain way so I still wanted to get it, and without asking or hesitation they gave me 50% off! Thank you!
